Davidson’s Innovative QR Code Campaign For Florida’s Real Estate
A year ago, when the concept of using QR Codes on an everyday basis was still a ‘strange’ idea to the everyday American, we wrote and talked about how useful things would be for home purchasers if they had the option of ‘viewing’ the home before even the first phone call or email to the real estate agent.
Imagine the kind of time and expenses the industry could be saving on! The cost of traveling for totally uninterested customers and the disappointment of viewing a home that is completely off the mark can be avoided very simply. With the internet, there are very few reasons one can find not to give real estate agents and home purchasers that opportunity.
Somehow, things did not take off that well for the internet because consumers found that they needed a platform, a website that they could log onto to compare and view the property from. And it is a simple fact of life that most of us are on the go most of the time. From the moment we wake up to the first ray of morning light till the evenings, our minds are consistently fed with information and we forget important things like viewing a home.
But Americans are quickly waking up to the potential of QR Codes.
We’re talking about Davidson Realty, one of North Florida’s most established, largest and of course, most creative and innovation real estate company. They are, as expected, quick to hop onto the QR Code bandwagon. They were also one of the few to utilize online social media marketing tools like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter as a part of their daily marketing efforts.
A representative was saying that being on top of every new tools made available with technology has really benefited Davidson Realty’s overall branding. Despite the challenging times that the real estate industry is facing, Davidson continues to flourish.
In the near future, listings from Davidson will come with a unique QR Code that links home purchasers to videos, images, marketing materials and text directly to interested parties on their mobile phones.
